Yeh-lo Santa

Yeh-lo Santa 2017

In his book The Purpose Driven Life, Rick Warren says, “God determines your greatness by how many people you serve, not how many people serve you.”

The Yeh-Lo Santa Project is an Andrean tradition. On 26 January 2018, the Student Council Members visited Bal Bhavan (an orphanage for girls) and Jeevan Asha (a home for the aged). We were accompanied by Fr. Magi Murzello and our teachers, M’am Vivette, M’am Giselle and M’am Marceline.

All the students were a part of this outreach programme. They were asked to fill a sack with gifts that was then gifted to the orphanage and the home for the aged.

At Bal Bhavan, we were impressed by the talents showcased by the children. We had a touching, interactive session with our elders at Jeevan Asha. Both these experiences rendered us spiritually rewarded and gratified giving us a new perspective on life.
